Eating Spaghetti

Norah had her first taste of italian food a few weeks ago.  She LOVED it!  Thanks Aunt Iris for making the gravy (yes, it was from a year ago) and it was still good!  

Pictures from our cruise are coming!  It is taking me a long time to pick only a couple good ones.  Norah's birthday party was today.  We had an absolute blast.  I have pictures coming from that TOMORROW!  =)

Today is my little Doodle Bug's 1st birthday!!!  We have been so blessed over this past year with God's kindness to us.  Norah is such a gift and brings so much joy to our house.  She is talking up a storm!!  Her favorite words are: eat (ate), more (mo-mo), Papa (papa), sit (siiiiii).  She is absolutely precious!  Give her a call today - she loves to talk on the phone!  =)

New Job!

Yes, I started a second job.  Call me crazy, but I am doing this so we can hopefully add on to our house.  The job is really a neat opportunity if I can get going.  I am praying that it will be profitable.  I have no income over the Summer with a teaching job.

I am now a Consultant for a 'at-home-spa' company called BeautiControl.  They are a huge corporation owned by Tupperware.  The idea behind the company is to teach women and men how to do Spa treatments to themselves at home.  Their products are amazing, and I am not just trying to sell to you.  =)  They are top quality for a fraction of the price.  They also have a nice make up line that can be compared with Clinque and Origins.  I will be doing Spa parties in homes and at businesses (mainly Dr. and Dentist offices).  They have good commission and a chance to earn a Mustang - thankfully it is red, not pink =)  I don't plan on working too much.  Maybe just 3 days a week over the summer, 3 hours a day, and then drop to 1 or 2 days during the school year.

I am praying this is a good investment of my time and money.  I am very excited about it and think it will be a good start to something new for me!  If you would like to host a party, for free, I would love the chance to have you try the products!  It is a fun girl's night in and I'll come pamper you!  Free manicures, pedicures and facials!  Whoo Hoo!!

We are home!

We have been home for a week now.  Normal life hit the moment we stepped back onto land and I haven't really had a moment to rest.  We had such an AMAZING time together.  I am working on picking a few of the several pictures we took!  =)  We were ready to come home though - you can only take so much good food...just kidding, we missed Norah.  Norah did great with Nana and Papa and she grew up so much!
