We bought our first dog on April 14th 2006. He is an Australian Shepherd and so adorable.

On November 30th we saw the heart beat on an ultrasound! The little bean was jumping so fast - the heart was beating around 160 bpm.
Here is a part of what I wrote in my journal on this day...
"I went to see Dr. Parker today. He was very excited to see that we have made it this far. He said everything seems to be moving along fine. I also saw the heart beat today - pretty sure it's a boy. =) God, thank you so much for allowing us to become pregnant. It is truly a miracle that in my womb you are forming a life...'For the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes... '"

Ashley and I are both pregnant together! She is about 3 weeks ahead of me. It is so much fun having someone to go through this season with me.

There favorite thing to do is sit and look out the window. They are good guard animals. =)
